Amol Kale, CEO & Founder, Brrandom Media Sdn Bhd is an experienced marketing professional with expertise in 360° marketing with 16+ years of experience. He has a vastly varied background with extensive International experience and a proven success record in planning, strategizing, digital marketing, CRM strategies, affiliate marketing, brand building, brand partnerships, creative, campaign planning, training, digital strategy, competitor analysis, and in-depth account analysis.

He has hands on experience working with businesses from FMCG, Finance, Travel, Real Estate, Hospitality, E-commerce and SME verticals. He was the Group Head of Data Analytics & Digital at The Luxe Nomad and has been associated with companies like Limitless Technology Sdn Bhd as a Head of Marketing, Managing Multiple D2C brands like FlowerChimp LVLY, Bloomeroo across Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Philippines & Indonesia.

Safder Ali is a XLRI & IIM Kozhikode graduate with an experienced having over 17 +years of experience (9 years in India & 8+ years in KL, Malaysia) in self-started entrepreneurship and business leadership positions in leading media agencies across India and South East Asia Markets.
17+ years in Digital marketing, business Strategy and leadership role with core knowledge of business development, problem solving, strategic partnerships, Digital & performance marketing, Brand management, leadership and new business pitches. Working with global team along with top management to grow organization business. Overall has media and marketing experience on FMCG, Hospitality, Banking, Telecom, Mobile and Real estate business and many others. Worked with all global advertising media – Group M, IPG Media brands, Dentsu Group, Publicis Group and Axiata Digital and analytics .

What began as a 2-member team has now grown into a 50+ strong force, delivering cutting-edge digital solutions for leading brands across industries. The agency’s recent expansion into Malaysia marks a strategic step in its global ambitions, reinforcing its commitment to staying ahead in an AI-powered marketing landscape.

Before Brrandom, Avik had already made his mark as the founder of Eastern India’s first successful digital agency, alongside a solid 8+ years of experience in corporate brand management across banking, petrochemicals, telecom, and manufacturing.

Sadhak Mandal, co-founder & COO, is an experienced digital marketing professional with expertise in multi-channel digital marketing with 15+ years of experience. He has a vastly varied background with extensive experience and a proven success record in planning, strategizing, brand management, campaign planning, project management,training, managing digital mix, competitor analysis, and in-depth account analysis.

He has hands on experience working with businesses from FMCG, Medical, BFSI, Travel, Real Estate, E-commerce and SME verticals. He was the former digital director of PromotEdge and has been associated with companies like Directi, Media.net, Resultrix, and TechShu. He has also worked as a consultant with organizations like The Advertising Corporation of India(Delhi), SAI Education group, Bhubaneshwar, and personal branding of well known celebrities.

KUSUMASAB (Kam)

Chief Strategy Officer

With over 20 years of experience in Mainline Marketing Communication and Brand Management, Kusumasab has worked with India’s top agencies including McCann, Ogilvy, LOWE, Contract, Leo Burnett, TBWA, Hakuhodo, and agile startups like Foresight Creative and SOS Ideas. He has led campaigns for iconic brands such as Coca-Cola, LG, Dabur, Vodafone, Maruti Suzuki (NEXA), Daawat, Perfetti, Walmart, and Central Park, among others. His expertise spans successful brand launches, variant rollouts, brand changeovers, and the execution of over 175 TVC and digital campaigns. A passionate brand thinker, he combines deep insight with a strong grasp of traditional, conventional, and emerging media to craft strategic, effective solutions for complex business challenges.
